Down under tradition! Being mid-summer every factory and lots of businesses close down for their annual holiday before Christmas. They down tools at around 2pm and the boss provides the food and drinks for a Christmas party, referred to as a 'break up party'. A friend of mine owns a large recycling plant and he put a show up for his employees today, he'd be disappointed if I didn't drop in for a drink and a feed of prawns.
