Clary you have my sympathy, here a lovely 90 degrees (8.30pm) and I'm sitting in my swimming trunks in front of my pc.
Dutchy is number one on my envy list; as well as having a cold, I am supporting my business partner in her conversation with an unsatisfactory employee who we want to get rid of.
Employees who you want to get rid of is not something always easy to do.
