Moping about a total fire ban today (no outside barbies) and not allowed to use any water.
No water? How can you do that?
Water inside allowed, cooking, showering etc, but absolutely no water to be used outside. Fine $2000.00, Second time $10.000!! Talking about drastic measures and worse is to come.

No water use on Monday is State wide, than the rest of the week it works on alternative house numbers. Tomorrow is even numbers, and Wednesday the uneven numbers. Everything has almost turned yellow, at least outside the city, in the suburbs is still a bit of green to be found. Today's total fire ban is the earliest one I can remember, a sign that everything is tinder dry, and bush fires are imminent.
