Komme, Smog, you can join in, too. Bratislava was lovely but too hot, so I am now waiting for a train in Sinaia (a wonderful little place in Romania) to go to Bucharest, to go North from there.
Lovely! A friend of mine is going to Romania for a couple of weeks in the first part of August to help out at an orphanage.

My life has become mundane. I need some excitement!
My, it is unusual that you should ask that, Dev; I am almost finished shortening my account of the first day in Spain (which was about 40 pages in my handwriting,) so that will be up soon. The first few weeks should be finished by the end of this one. (Where abouts has the friend gone, Dev?) (Why has it become mundane, Smog?)
Not sure, but I think that I need to do something to become more active or productive, or I at least need to start writing more than I do if I really want to make a career out of it. Hopefully, this forum will give me motivation to write more frequently, if nothing else. (This game is fun when you can have conversations while obeying the rules!)
O, je suis d'accord! Well, Dev started it; and I, being the Grand Poobah of the A2ker games, agreed that it was valid use. What sort of writing? Novels; poetry; essais; short stories; bits of some or all of these? Well, I hope to see some of your work, either here or on the Original writing board; we are all interested in every-one's contribution.
Poetry? A bit, but not recently. Essay and short stories, mostly, but I definitely don't consider myself refined or experienced enough to post my works in a public place yet, which is unfortunate, since it might result in some really helpful comments and suggestions. Perhaps I'll start practicing more in the coming days, weeks, or months, and eventually I will get the courage to share.

Really, I'm still fairly young (early 20s), so I haven't been writing for too long. But, I'm hoping that sometime soon my stuff will be good enough to share.
So, is this the first forum on which people will be able to see your work?
The first, I believe. I've been pretty active on a few other forums, but not in a literary sense. (But, I'm tired, it's 8 AM, and I need to be awake in 4 hours. All these factors are causing me to go to sleep for a bit. Thanks for chatting.)
