Foxfyre, you live in Albuquerque? I'll look for the house with Bush signs posted in the front lawn. LOL

That was Charley Brown, no? (I remember cutting that one out and saving it.) You know me, I am avid to see pictures. But that's not fair to push on you, you haven't seen pics of my house. On the other hand, maybe you have, Diane, when we met in New York, I think I brought one. Not sure. I might be misremembering, as I brought photos when I stopped in Seattle and met a2kers too.

Diane: Off of Wyoming, north of San Antonio.

Probably no Bush signs in the yard for me, but my next door neighbor (a La Cueva High administrator) and several other neighbors will almost certainly have them.

Thinking of moving to NM, Diane and Dys?
(johnboy drags out his most recent Dales' Electoral College breakdown. CO leaning towards Bush; NM a toss-up).
Great move, y'all. Hurry up. Get there and register.
Seriously, Diane, I hope y'all find a nice place. Send us pix.

rjb,
Dys and Di have already found a house and will be moving in very soon. They are thinking of painting the front door Chinese red and putting Nader signs in the front yard.

I think the house is in ecru so that it will blend in with the neighborhood Razz

Erm, you'll have to go to page one to figure it out. At this point, we are all hijacking, but there is a method behind the madness.

Cinnes, I just posted this topic to get some feedback about the ways NOT to create a thread. It came about as a result of several creations to which I attempted to respond, and found them to be ambiguous. Others, never return to say "thanks" for your input, etc.

Another thing that has added confusion to the mix, is a thread with a similar title. I think, perhaps, we should try and make the title of a thread as different as we can.

Cav, One course that I should have taken was Methodology. Many folks thought the thread to be a joke, I think. My bad.

Cav, Letty, I was demonstrating another way to kill a thread, "asking a stupid question." Or maybe that wouldn't kill a thread, but merely interrupt the flow of conversation...

Aww Letty, I didn't think it was a joke, but the responses here point to what is actually a real issue. I see the entire thread as a statement, actually, but then again, maybe I'm just insane. Laughing

Uhoh! Lost my response. Trying again.

Cav, you are truly and actually a welcome addition to any thread.

Now that's enough sucking up. Razz
