Released in 1963, "The Nights of a Demoiselle" is undoubtedly the most famous of the songs of Colette Renard (1924-2010), in which she draws up a catalog of slang expressions about various sexual acts. Two versions were recorded. This is the hard version of the song stucked (with more or less success) on a televised appearance from 1964, where she interprets obviously the soft version.
Lyrics: Colette Renard. Music: Guy Breton and Raymond Legrand (1963)
It's good to be a maid
For the evening in my bed
When the star Venus sparkles
When gently falls the night
I'm sucking the treat
I'm caressing the roach
I get my shirt ironed
I get pecked the candy
etc. etc.

You'll all be thrilled (I'm sure) to hear the Spice Girls are back on the road.
Kicking off their tour in Dublin tonight.
I'm not going but i'll be able to hear them from where i live anyway.
