@edgarblythe,
Love Jerry Lee doing Walk Right In, Mark.

Well, I have heard from Bernice(phoenix) and she is doing well.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76BlbzWQ9J8

Good to know that McTag and Olivier5 are alright as well.

I only hear from three people that I met at the Cocoa Gathering.
Roger, Ursula and Stephan, and the bird.

I love looking at pictures of people that I have never met as well.

Here's a funny fox song:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjQRzH-S_JM

I hate that I can no longer do pictures here. Windows8 won't let me. I can only do them via email.

@edgarblythe,
Mark, I love Ricky doing Honey Open the Door.

Going to say good afternoon with two songs.

First, a birthday gal:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HK8PL4orRDI

Now, Eddie Hodges, but first some info.

Samuel "Eddie" Hodges (born March 5, 1947) is a United States former child actor and recording artist who left show business as an adult.

Now his door.

I know the Eddie Hodges song, letty. Eddie was also the little boy in a Frank Sinatra/Edward G Robinson film of Hole in the Head, the movie that introduced this Sinatra record

Remember this year (1887) is a Jubilee year, and it looks like Crystal Palace has seen better days.
http://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/diglitData/image/punch1887/1/086.jpg

This is definitely the case today, it burned down in 1936, and now the name is associated with the villains who knocked Southampton out in the 4th round of the FA Cup. (The most romantic, and beautiful, sporting competition in the World.)

Albin de la Simone - Du Bon Côté

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiV4DxcTQ50

Approche-toi, ne me crains point, --- Come closer, fear me not,
Ou je te tords les poignets. --- Or I'll break your wrists.
Je vais te faire un gros câlin, --- I'll make you a big hug,
Et jeter mes coudes sur ton nez. --- And throw my elbows on your nose.
Fais-moi confiance, approche encore, --- Trust me, come closer still
Je ne te ferai presque pas mal. --- I'll hardly hurt you.
Lorsque ton bras se cassera, --- When your arm will break,
Tu seras déjà assommé. --- You'll be knocked out already.

C'étais prévu, tu m'avais dit: --- This was all decided, you told me:
Ce soir, on change de côté. --- Tonight we change side.
Mais en te couchant dans le lit, --- But when you went to bed,
Tu n'as pas daigné y penser. --- You did not bother thinking about it.

Mon dos moulu accuse le coup --- My broken back is wearing the marks
D'une nuit de trop sur la bosse. --- Of one too many night on the bump.
Si je tenais moins à ce fusil, --- If I wasn't so attached to this gun,
Je t'en ferai goûter la crosse. --- I'll make you taste the butt of it.
Réveille-toi, ouvre les yeux, --- Wake up, open your eyes,
Car bientôt tu n'en auras plus. --- Because soon enough you won't have any.
Claque des dents tant que tu peux, --- Chatter your teeth as much as you can,
Car une à une je les scierai. --- Because one by one I'll saw them off.

Je vais te faire gober la couette --- I'll make you swallow the duvet
Et transformer ta tète en casque. --- And change your head into a helmet.
Te faire entendre à coup de masse --- Make you understand, one sledgehammer blow at a time
Que CE SOIR, JE DORS DU BON COTE !!! --- That TONIGHT I'll SLEEP ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BED!!!

pullman, I love the thought of a crystal palace. You hurry back.

Welcome back, Mon Ami. That song was hilarious.

How about three songs for Thor's Day.

First, one to match our Olivier5's:

@edgarblythe,
Mark, Smokey Joe's Cafe was hilarious, and, of course, Teresa doing Sweet Old Fashioned Girl I recall and she did it well. Grandma's Lye Soap was funny, too.

Here are a couple to match, Texas.

Today is this guy's birthday:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9OiqT05umQ

And, John Denver's song matches your Grandma:

Another gone too soon.

@edgarblythe,
Mark, I didn't know that one by Ed Bruce, but it was a goodie, my friend.

I dear hear a line that contained "the tenness stude"and it reminded me of this one:

Ah, and I just saw that B.J. Thomas did a cover of the iconic Hank Williams:

@edgarblythe,
Love, Ray Charles doing Someday You'll Want Me To Want you, Mark.

I always appreciate you comments, dear friend.

Going to say good afternoon with two songs. As I once observed Andrea is the only blind man that doesn't wear glasses.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsgecsfDS-U

Now, The Man in Black and Kris:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krJNQEuPCHI

More info on that lady:

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 29— Ditra Flame, who said she was the original ''Lady in Black'' who for decades made an annual pilgrimage to leave a rose at the grave of Rudolph Valentino.She was 78 years old.

Concerned about my Roma Catholic friend George. I did that Chinese New Year for his lovely bride.

Great having Ireland, France, and England with us.

From Letty with love to the world.

I grew up thinking Long Black Veil had to be an old folk song. Turned out it was written within a year or so of the time Lefty Frizzel recorded it. First time hearing this version.
