@George,
Good late morning,George from here in our Florida station. Thanks for the comment on those two songs that I played here.

Love Stinks was funny and Sound and Cold by that Alabama bunch was also
good.

My favorites that you played was The New Christy Minstrels doing I need a little Christmas, but also enjoyed that boogie bunch doing Let the Good times Roll.

I always liked a Charlie Brown Christmas, dear friend.

Two songs for the late morning here:

First, Sarah

Now, a surprise from Without a Trace:

This is the guy that Anthony played there.

@George,
Hurry back , dear friend, you are always appreciated here in our radio
station.

Here is a great winter song:

and, a poem that I wrote as a kid. Smile

then winter tiptoed in with icy crown
and sent the snow a whirling everywhere
She covered all the trees with softest down
and left icicicles where she combed her crown.

@George,
Hurry back, dear friend, remembering happier times with my late husband:

He would say: I'm Santa Claus see my fatness.Smile

Then he delivered Christmas presents that were donated to poor parents
who could not afford to buy presents for their children.

Now, a good theme:

@George,
I have no idea, dear friend. I just liked the hymn. Loved that one you just played.

Saying good afternoon a bit early because I arose too soon this morning, and it reminded me of this one:

@George,
Ah, dear George, it's morning here in our radio station.

The first one I heard by those two was "the sound of silence" and I
was captivated. I don't want to go into their break up. <sniff>

It's the Bee Gees birthday and here are a couple of songs by them:

Ah, my long time friend, The Tallest Mon on Earth, Winter Wonderland amd Good Things Happen to Bad People by Richard was great. A bit of insight there.

Here's another version of Winter Wonder land. It's Diane Sawyer's birthday
but her version was terrible.Oops, I made a mistake concerning Diane. Anyoone surprised. Smile

@George,
Well, dear friend, Beth is back. Wish she could say Hi to you, but as Perry would say I'ts Impossible and you know why.

Let's listen to Julie Andrew's doing The Sound of Music. Diane Sawyers did a
version of that song and she was terrible.

@Letty,
I think
"Later on we'll perspire
As we dream by the fire"
is a great verse!
