And the day it
And the day ends
And there's no need for me

______

I'm in the mood for some klezmer tonight

Pharaoh's Daughter Shnirele perele

Ribbons, pearls, golden flags
the Messiah, son of David, is above us
he holds a goblet in his right hand
and gives his blessing to the whole earth.

Amen, amen, this is the truth
the Messiah will come this year.

If he comes by riding, good years are ahead.
If he comes by horse, new times are ahead.
If he comes by foot, every Jew will be settled in Eretz Yisroyl (Israel).

@George,
Good morning from here in our Florida radio station.

Having problems with the volume here again.

I used to get Elvis Presley Elvis Costello mixed up all the time.

Hope this works, y'all.:

First, "the king":

@George,
Love all three of your songs, dear friend.

Now I'm trying again to fix our station station here.

Canadian Jazz pianist and singer, Diana Krall and her husband Elvis Costello are known to be very supportive of their twin children, Dexter Henry Lorcan, and Frank Harlan James.

Great version of "Crazy".
"We Three Kings" is one of my favorite carols.

@George,
Thanks again for your comment, George,.
and that Esme Patterson's Moth song, reminded
me of a poem that I wrote as a kid:

I wandered down a lane in early June
amd saw a summer moon on velvet
clouds,
I heard the night owl's song
and cricket tune
and say the lovely moths dance in crowds.

@Letty,
I was eating at my fave Taqueria and heard a Mexican pop tune that had a spanish or spanglish version of a hip hop hit from yesteryear embedded in it over a totally different instrumental accompaniment. I could recognize the rhythm of the syllables without understanding the words. Of course, I wouldn't be certain except that the songwriter was considerate enough to leave "walk this way" untranslated. Anyway, here's the Run DMC/Aerosmith original Cool
