British astronaut launches this morning in a Russian rocket for five months in the Space Station. We wish him well.
This song captures very well the loneliness of deep space. Well I imagine it does, because I've never been there.

Just a little personal anecdote.

When I was a kid in West Virginia, I used to run through the snow looking for
holly. Then I was introduced to this:

@tsarstepan,
Ah, dear tsar, you sent me searching.

Zanzibar is a Tanzanian archipelago off the coast of East Africa. On its main island, Unguja, familiarly called Zanzibar, is Stone Town, a historic trade center with Swahili and Islamic influences.

It reminded me of ToTo:

I love Billy Joel.

Going to say good afternoon now as I have a million things to do.

Odd, I thought all Irishmen had blue eyes, but euroGeorge's are hazel.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks again, edgar, for your comments and personal acknowledgement.

I Love To Laugh by Dick and Mary was great.

Well, as most of you know, there really was A Saint James Infirmary, and the little girl that was born there, lived thirty eight minutes and died. <sniff>

Here's Van the Man to tell us about it:

Just a little personal anecdote:

I stay here, because I can no longer do pictures. <sigh>

What a surprise to find out that my friend from England is a vocalist.

I look at him smiling up at me every morning.

Look at tsar wearing his glasses with his friends.

Of course, Bert and Josie are fantastic to see.

The last time I laughed really laughed was when I thought Olivier 5 was a woman.

If you were me, as a youth growing up you would have heard Dean Ford and the Gaylords singing this Cliff Richard and the Shadows hit from the '60s.
And doing it very well.
