Facebook - unable to connect on any devices!

Hi,

I have been not been able to connect on Facebook for 3 days now, and whatever device I can use.
With my iPhone/iPad, I always got the error 'Code 1' with the app, and 'impossible to connect with the server' when I go to connect from the settings panel.
With any laptops (I tried 3 different) and any browsers, the page froze after I enter my email address and my password, it came blank and do not move anymore (the url is:
https://www.facebook.com/login.php?login_attempt=1)

I reset my password and redownload all my apps. Did not work. My clock on the device is on time and I delete all cookies/cache on my browsers. I did not find any other help on the internet.
