Throw on your team jersey, pull out those lucky socks, squeeze into your grade-school gym shorts and lace up those kicks you have waited to pull out of the closet.
so.pull out lucky socks .means .take on or take off
lace up those kicks....... i cant understand this at all

It means to get dressed for a sport the way you did when you were much younger.

'team jersey' - the shirt with your team's name on it
'lucky socks; - put on the socks you used to wear to games
'kicks' - slang for sneakers (Am.) or trainers (Br.)

No. In the context of that sentence it means you 'pull out' the item from your closet or pile of clothes so that you can 'put it on.' But 'pull out' does not mean to 'put on.'
