I understand that jurisdictional claims may be raised at any time. Could someone please post published Nevada authority on this subject?

Now you're asking for legal research. This is what lawyers and paralegals are paid to do. I doubt anyone here will do that sort of work for you for free.

I'm not sure why you want to know about this...no date, name, case #... Maybe a paralegal from Nevada can help. They know how to do the leg work.
Thank you for your response. I am asking if anyone already knows. I wouldn't expect research to be done for me for free. If I can't find an answer here I will then go to an attorney.
