On the top of your page, in the middle below and a little of the left of "Home", you will see "Profile". Click that. On the bottom of the profile page, (where you can make certain modifications to your profile) there is a place to insert an avatar. You may either download the avatar on your own (using space limitations). Or, you can go to the gallery, and choose one of the many that are available. (That is the easiest way).
