This has now became my online diary. I want to exercise but I don't want any negative comments from my family. I have began exercising late at night (1 am-3 am) before school started. I would do it in my room and do everything but jumping and running, little to no noise. Now that school has started, I am too tired and need sleep because I get up at 5 in the morning. I tried doing it before the shower but i ALWAYS get rushed out. The gym is two hours away with a bus. I am healthy and not over weight but I want to get toned. Suggestions and comments please. Thanks for reading

- Garden (you can plant bulbs this time of year)
- Clean
- Rake leaves
Just because they look like chores doesn't mean you don't burn calories. If your family gives you a hard time about helping out, then they're nuts.

Why would you need to sneak exercising? As long there's no risk of disturbing peace of the home when other's are sleeping, what problem is there?
Is it not possible to exercise after school? What is missing from this story?
What kind of negative comments would your family make?
