how do I create a second account on facebook?

Facebook seems to make it impossible to create a second account.
Now, many people, including myself, are expected to use Facebook at work.
But there is a conflict: using one's private Facebook account for work is not to everyone's taste. It is part of my job to get people on board facebook in my organisation, and this issue is creating resistence.
