A few of them threw me for a loop. #14 I never wouldda got. #19, I dunno ... "unfounded superstition" comes to mind, but prolly isn't right. For #20, "Ox" would work, too. #28 has me goin' ... "23 Pieces of C(something) in the H(something) B(something)" or "Pounds" or "Parts" of whatever in whatever? Mebbe if I give it some thought, but right now, I'm at a loss. #30: "9 Provinces in South Africa" is a correct answer.

No - there are plenty more like this. The funny thing is how Zen this is like - to get to the answer many times you need to be lateral and not thing about the problem but search for connections.
Its so annoying how so something so simple like 4 D on a S can piss you off until the answer drops on you - like illumination. All of a sudden the answer is there where a moment ago you will still groping.
Guess I'm not cut out for mensa - membership then... I got 18 or so in my first try.

Wow! I came across this by chance - years later - folk did really well. Qu. 30 was provinces in South Africa, Qu. 10 was toes on a foot and Qu. 19 was 13 is unlucky for some!
