Need program manual for Rain Soft Gold Series AQC50CT

I just recently bought this unit off craigslist that was used for a short time.......when it regenerates here's what I have recorded(phase 1...it does 23 minute fill), (phase 2....1:20 minute brine), (phase 3......14 minutes), (phase 4......54 minutes), (phase 5.....3 minutes).....does this seem appropriate.....how often will it regenerate automatically......where could I get the program manual to set the parameters using the hidden rain soft button......my city water is an 8 hardness .....we have 3 people in the house and I would like to use this unit for everything except outside watering ....thanks Rick
