every farm around here either has riding horses or are Amish and us em as "trucks and tractors". We all have signs that warn the visiting people about "Equine areas" an that horses are not "pets".
We try to keep the tourists from getting hurt by the occasional nippy horse or mule..
I used to keep a few riding horses for some neighbors and once some tourist stopped along the fence to feed em POTATO CHIPS. The one horse got behing this guy next to the fence and chewed up his baseball hat. Then he wanted to have me pay him for the hat. I told him first we will have to see whether the horse gets sick or not.
I dont even know how that biker got into the pasture with that dudes harem without a proper introduction.
Dum
