I'm looking for a proper shoes for working outdoor in restoring castles etc. for a young women,
Please, recommend, comfortable and not too expensive (type, make, etc.)

Get steel-toed boots - the kind for construction. Because if you drop any stones on your feet that has the potential to break bones. These are pretty generic and can be found at a Target or Wal-Mart.
