Currently right now on my business page I'm getting single digit impressions and 4 to 5 digit engagement. It seems as if whenever my company runs ads the insights get screwy once we stop. An example of a recent post: Impressions 8, Clicks 2065, Likes 60, Comments 1, Shares 1. The numbers just always seem to stop making sense after we stop running ads. Anyone else seeing this or know whats up?

You will need to contact Facebook (we aren't them) help. In particular, contact the ad buying division - you paid for ads and, by extension, you are paying for metrics, and they need to be correct, or you want your money back.

Yeah, I just saw a few other Facebook related questions on here thinking this might be a good place to check. Not sure if anyone else experiences any sort of issues similar to this. Dealing with Facebook is difficult.

I understand - but raising a stink about something you paid for is a different story. Hope it works.

We can walk you through things we deal with. You feel you have contract issues with facebook. This is a legal issue that needs to be resolved between you and facebook, we do technical pretty well, legal not so much.
