how to prevent facebook doubling data exchange in multiple devices!!?? for example when i have already received all the notifications in my lap top when log in FB from my mobile i am receiving again all the messages and notifications wich is actualy using of my data twice !!!?????

Stay logged in, on both devices. Looks to me (and your question is kind of unclear) as if you might be logging out and then you're getting notified a second time. You can also go into your email preferences on Facebook and uncheck some of them.
