Rainsoft water softener question

Our system hasn't been generating and our water is obviously hard. The error on the digital screen reads a 2 0
From googling I think it is a drive motor problem.
I live in a small town and there is no longer a Rainsoft business to repair for over 100 miles away.
Would this be an accurate dx? If so how do I get the part and fix it?
