Access limited for a few days, please help.

Just over a week ago my account was blocked on FB stating that my access was limited for a few days for security reasons. I don't know why because I never did anything wrong. I left it at first because I could still see my news feed but I couldn't do anything like like, share or even update my status. Today I did a stupid thing and I tried to reset my password but now every time I log in it won't take me to my news feed or my homepage. It just defaults to the secure your account page which I can't complete because my access is limited!

Please can someone help me as this is driving me insane. I also have no idea how long my access will be limited for as it says a few days but it has already been over a week!
