When i log into my Facebook account, there is a secure page, when i do this, a text message to my cell phone, or recognizing friends.
Then i come on a page were i can make a new pasword.
I make a new pasword and THEN ItS STUCK FACEBOOK / CHECKPOINT BLANC PAGE...
But the pasword is changed, i go again to fb log in with new pass and again the whole SECURE procedure.
My friends can not see my Facebook anymore ?
ITS not disabled by fb or anything else, but i cannot make the secure complete, i"m stuck !
I have do this on several computers, iPad desktop, new browser, new Windows account, cookies deleted, and several cell phones
CAN ANYONE HELP ME ?

You need to contact Facebook help directly.
In the meantime, since you claim to have deleted cookies, you might want to try scanning for spyware. Yes, I know, you tried this on multiple machines. But try it anyway - you have nothing to lose. Because asking for a lot of changed passwords, over and over again, smells like a malware tactic, and your machines might all/most be infected by now.
