Hello,
I'm interested is it allowed by the Facebook Terms to create a Page that will promote other services for money, for example coffe shops in some city.
I have seen a few Pages that are doing this, but those are companies that are also doing this promotion on their own web-sites.

You want to start a fan page for a business? Because if you want to promote a commercial venture, you might want to get their permission before you do so. They probably have their own ideas for a social media ad campaign.

Thanks for reply jespah, Actually not a fan page for business, but my own page on which I could promote businesses with their permission and on their request. And I'm not sure if that's ok with facebook..
