Does anyone have any experience with the red buttons on a Rainsoft control panel no longer functioning?
None of the red buttons seem to "register" that I am pressing them, so I can't reset the salt quantity on the control panel after adding salt to the reservoir.
I can start the refresh cycle manually since the buttons on the right still work, but since the system thinks it is out of salt at least once a week I have to push the button to Quiet Alarm.

Did you figure it out? I have he same problem with my system.

you could try unplugging the unit,remove the battery let it sit for a minute, replace the battery with a new one, plug it back in. of course you will have to reset everything and if the red buttons don't work, you can't do it.
