How can a journal started AFTER the fact be allowed as evidence relating to things that happened before the journal was started. Sounds like someone trying to play CYA (Cover Your Ass) to me. If Chip Frederick was able to report these things to officials, why were so many officers "punished"?
Who did he report the abuses to, his commanding officer, Battalion Commander, Brigade Commander? Does he have written copies of the requests for an SOP (Standard Operating proceedure) or not? If not he's SOL (S__t Out of Luck) come time for trial.
