Q2 brine tank overfills

Just hooked up this Q2 that's been sitting idle for 10 years. The basement is flooded and the tank is full every morning. It's like the brine never draws down. I've replaced the tubing, fittings, bowl, and re-installed the metering devices. Don't believe I have any air leaks. What can be happening? Can it be the settings. I'd also like to know what part of the cycle each number stands for on the left side of screen when regenerating.

@jerkyjohn,
the system doesn't regenerate every night(hopefully) so without knowing what you did, I can only guess that you are missing the poppet valve ,below the triguard and that the two lines on the triguard are reversed. The line from the salt tank should be attached to the top fitting on the triguard. the system counts down in minutes . x is time in minutes I think settings are:
1 x brine fill
2 120 brine make up (120 minutes)
3 x backwash
4 x settle
5 x brine draw
6 x soak
7 x slow rinse
8 x nothing
9 x fast rinse
then back to time on display
