Now there's an interesting degree of faith in prosecutorial judgment and discretion.
Why do I think that you can well imagine a case where a prosecutor clearly abuses his or her power to railroad a young black man?
And you would be on the mark in doing so, but you are off the mark if you think that prosecutorial abuse only exists in oppression of those you deem down trodden.
