Al qaeda no longer a threat

With Bin Laden dead and gone, thanks to Obama's Navy Seals, his planning ability and the source of money no longer available, and with no other source willing to take the chance of being found out, the possibility of another attack on the US by al qaeda is no longer a threat -- not from the other side of the world.

“Government and co-operation are in all things the laws of life. Anarchy and competition, the laws of death.” John Ruskin (1819 - 1900)

@Rickoshay75,
Before we all shout "Mission Accomplished" and beat our chests in victory, just remember that the West has been busily assisting with the recruitment drive for similar organisations for years.
The invasion of Iraq had them queuing out of the mosque doors to sign up somewhere, and bombing civilians in Pakistan doesn't help much.

Do some research if you think the squashing of AQ means that all is hunky dory.

Start with googling nutters such as Al-Shabaab, and see what they've been up to around the world in recent times.
