@dalehileman,
Did a Google search for a list of warehouse job titles and deleted those that didn't apply and added a few from my own work experience working in the purchasing dept long ago.

@Butrflynet,
Wow But I'm even more impressed. But But sometimes don't you wonder why we spend so much time and energy addressing the perfect stranger at some remote location by means of an obscure website

@Butrflynet,
In my wild teenage days in a UK Warehouse, the stuff was unloaded in the "Goods In" Section, and the guy who checked it in was the Checker.

The poor buggers who had to physically unload the stuff were the "humpers". Very Happy

I was a humper on numerous occasions. Totally different connotation nowadays.

We used to have freelancers in major cities who unloaded trucks. The drivers called ahead on the radio (no cell phones or internet then), and the lumpers were there. Don't know what they do now, nor why they were lumpers instead of humpers.

The terms which i would use (and i've had many jobs where this applied) would be shipping clerk and receiving clerk. Neither one of these is necessarily a full-time occupation, but one of the titles an employee may have.
