I tried to submit an Aviatar from a URL, but it was denied.

Can somebody help me?
Either use the actual link, not the TinyURL link, or dwnload the image to a folder on your machine, then upload it using "Avatar Control Panel" on your Profile page.

Why don't you just save it by clicking on the picture then choose save as .... it is simple way ....
