Hello,
I have got a Facebook page for my small business.
When I post on somebody else's timeline, my profile photo does not show. Instead, there is the shadow of a face.
I seem to be the only one to have this problem because other messages by others all show their profile picture.
I haven't found how to solve the problem in the "settings"...

Try uploading a new profile photo.

Huh, I wonder, is it an extension that FB doesn't accept? Is the image too large?

The extention is jpg, and the size of the picture is good. I have checked that. My logo picture is showing in my timeline, but not when I post on others' timeline. It is hot a huge problem, but I would prefer things to work properly anyway... :-)

Thats very strange..I have never encountered this but have tried posting in the Facebook Help Community and seeing..maybe the FB mods can directly help you with it -
