Credit Card Fraud

I believe sometimes a thief will steal credit card numbers (e.g., recently at Target) and then use the numbers to create credit cards with the thief's name on it.

Some months ago Barney's was accused of stopping African-American customers after they made valid purchases with a credit card.

Might Barney's have been looking for purchases using credit card fraud, as above?

@alliancebankcard03,
So, the massage put him over his limit?

He should go to The Butterfly Lounge, as they love you long time but always check your credit limit first.
