I need a services that offer me to convert a 8 mm film in DVD hq . And also large printing quality.

A simple method for no cost would be to play the 8mm movies onto a screen and point a camcorder at the screen.
Then transfer the movies from the camcorder onto your PC and burn to disk from there..Smile
