At a loss as to what to do. Suddenly locked out of Facebook. Problem is I can change password but if I then try to login it says it thinks I am not genuine and wants to send a code to my mobile. Stupidly on my part when I changed my mobile last year I didn't change the number on Facebook. So they are now trying to send me a security code to a number that no longer exists or I don't have access to. Tried another e mail account but all roads lead back to them wanting to send me a security code to my old mobile number.
Got directed to a Help request but got an automated reply asking me to send them an ID. Sent by reply a copy of driving licence. That's a week ago and no reply .
Is Facebook a lost cause to me now?
Is there no way I can let them know what my new mobile number is.? There doesn't seem any wayof communicating with Facebook either.
At the moment it looks like I am locked out of Facebook for ever!
Any suggestions guys?

Can you get a password reset sent to your email?
