Well, if you buy in online, make sure that the online you're in isn't out, as you will be out and about on online's ins and outs while you should be going out..... or staying in if you choose.

I was intending to go out when in online but it's very windy today so my in online session is having to be done in.
Not done in as in killed or anything, just done in, as opposed to out.

Drive or walk to a brick and mortar store not in your immediate town but somewhere 100 miles away from where you live. While in that store, go to that store's website on your smartphone. Order the item you want and have it delivered to your house. Drive or walk back to your home. Wait for delivery.
