I don't always get on Facebook but when I do, I do a lot like change cover photo more than once, change profile picture more than once just to see if i like the way it looks and add lots of likes. Im wondering am i clogging up my friends news feed with all my activity

Personally, I hope you're not, because I do very much the same thing and my whole world would come to an end if I found that my virtual friends were having their news feeds clogged.
I'm really worried now.

At least my tweet feeds are still getting out to my friends.
I've just tweeted that my late night All Bran yesterday has worked a treat this morning.
