When I go to a friends page or a groups page it takes forever to load. What is wrong?

Have you tried defraying your hard drive?

Butrflynet Thank you for your reply. I mainly use a Samsung Tab 2 or my phone Samsung Galaxy S4. My wife is having the same problem with her Samsung Note. I tried reinstalling FB and still no help. Our own page seems ok but when we try a friends it is slow. I try to shut off all the apps not in use. Thank you again.

Huh, is the page very image-heavy? That can often make loading take longer.

Do you ever check for updates on your phone? Or do you have it turned off in settings? If I don’t check for updates once in a while and completely shut down the phone every now and then I have the same problem.

jcboy yes we have the updates turned on with all of them and also check once a week for any.

Is there a way to clean up a phone or tablet system without a complete reset?
