I work at a lawn major lawn company. All of the technicians like me get laid off for two months during the winter. I started this job late in the season so i haven't been made "full time" yet, even though we all work 50+ hoursaweek. I'm considered seasonal, even though I've already been asked to come back after the two months, and I will be full time then. But ,y question is, can I draw unemployment until I find a job in a week or two? Or can I not since I'm not considered "full time"? All of the full time employees draw unemployment every year during the lay off. Just curious. Thanks!

Your local department of labor would be the best place to answer this question.
