continue to certify weekly?

I received a letter from Massachusetts Unemployment today telling the obvious, that there is not extension of benfits and that they stopped. It does not say to continue to certify weekly in case an extension is passed. Usually they tell you to continue doing so. Does anyone know if we are supposed to continue with weekly certification/claims, in the event that an extension is passed?
