I created a facebook community page. I thought that followers of that page could only contact me through community page when the other day someone emailed to my personal facebook name. I answered them not as the community page as I didn't realise.
My question is,how is this possible and is there something I can do to stop people knowing my personal name behind the page(nothing major to hide but just don't want people who are not my friends knowing)

Huh, it's possible that they simply figured it out.
Is this a small community? Do you post a lot as yourself, or as the community, particularly when you do 'official' things like make announcements?

Huh, then I dunno. They might even have heard from someone else or more or less randomly tried contacting some members, seeing if they'd hit the bull's eye.
