I want to send someone a message but we are not friends on Facebook. I can send a message but it says that it will go to the 'Other Folder'...will the person I'm sending the message to be able to see that I sent her a note? Also I heard that you have to pay $1 if you want to send it directly to the persons inbox. Does the option pop up once I press on 'Send'? Or is the option to pay not available anymore?

What is missing here? Why not just send them a friend request? It's free.
BTW, My Facebook does have or has it had such a pay option.

Wait so does it mean you did have it once, but not anymore? The 1$ message thing?
