What could happen if we would take all the rocks of the world, and put them on one side of the planet?

Being the AM maybe Frank I wasn't entirely awake imagining the Western Hemisphere for instance to be one "side" and the poles at "top" and "bottom". Now of course I realize Sarah meant north-south side

I'd love to know what "all the rocks in the world" means, given that most of the planet is "rock", molten or otherwise.

The continents were once all mashed together into a single supercontinent. Is that what you mean?
The Pacific sloshes about on this side of the Earth, so the rocks are ALREADY on the other side..
