That is SO annoying! Not only had I heard it but it's all over the web, e.g.
All of our chaps and chinks are made to order. They are made specifically to your size. We usually take about 1-2 weeks. Chinks and batwings both have buckle closures. All have plenty of room for adjustment.
Oh well, back to the drawing board.
