I have to ask, mac: what the !@#$ does "grand-ecoys" mean? I tried to look it up in m-w (using every variation I could think of, i.e., with and without the hyphen, and with and without the final "s"), and couldn't find it. I'm not trying to be the word police here, but I'm really curious about what it means.

My bad! Good catch, bree! I thought I'd checked it at www.m-w.com, but it's not there! A grand-ecoy is another word for a tarpon, a huge fish common in the Gulf of Mexico.
