Color Question-Bleaching hair

Hi, Ive gone to a salon which was about 4 months ago and got my hair died lilac/purple. My natural color is blonde/brown. The hairdresser bleached the ends for a purple ombre' look, which looked really nice. But when she bleached the ends, it reached and went very fuzzy, like it was allergic to bleach. Im not sure why, but she said its because the shampoo/conditinor I use has to much sulfate or something in it, and thats the only reason why it reached that way. My hair is completly fine at the moment though. I got highlights in my hair, and it was completly fine! Nothing happened. Anyway, Im wanting to dye my hair light pink, which means I would have to bleach my hair fully, but with having what my hair did, im pretty scared to do it. So can anybody give me some advice on this please
