Sending emails to @facebook.com email addresses goes to 'Spam' instead of 'others'.

I am facing a problem sending emails to @facebook.com email addresses.

As facebook publicly declared that sending emails to @facebook.com email addresses would go to the 'Others' folder,

mine only goes to 'Spam'.

What should I be looking out for to solve this issue?

I had went to Facebook support center but my answer is still unresolved.

I hope that being here makes a difference.
