My admin panel, show, and edit page buttons missing

Being admin of my Group, I do not see or have an Admin panel or Show or edit page button in upper right of screen. Many others have this issue and I have searched for 3 days and nobody has an answer. Have used 3 browsers, cleared cache, cookies, my addons and extensions, and it simply is Missing. There is a 2nd admin for the group and he does not see these buttons as well. Please I know someone on the net must have an answer..
